Our Story
Chase have been specialists in wood burning, multi-fuel, gas & electric stoves since 1969. Most recently the business was purchased by a new Management team in December 2021 with plans to grow and offer our customers even more. We now also offer a fantastic range of gas & electric designer fires plus classic gas & electric options and have an outdoor living range on display.
Our showroom is one the most comprehensive in the three counties – plus you will find a dedicated outdoor living area from our sister company Fire & Garden.
Here you will find our large showroom where we have been helping our customers achieve their ideas with warmth for many years.
Our reputation over the last 50 years is founded upon a trusted sales team who offer great products and advice to suit all budgets in a warm friendly showroom.
We also support many local trade and commercial customers with technical expertise and product supply.

Our Team
I could always see the potential in this long-standing local business including what we believe to be Worcestershire’s largest wood/solid fuel showroom at Racecourse Rd, Pershore.
We have a great team ready to lead Chase onto its next chapter. There will be lots of new and exciting products added to our already extensive range, as we seek to make Chase the number one destination for heating products.
Football is also a passion for me. As a qualified coach I can be found on the side-lines or watching from the stands. Downtime is a favourite movie or country walk.
Having been fascinated by fire from a fairly young age, I shouldn’t be surprised that after more than a quarter of a Century working in fireplace showrooms, I still retain a passion for flame. Helping others find their ideal piece of fireplace furniture, cooking or home heating solution has always been my focus; something that has never been more challenging or of more importance than it is in these modern times.
Chase has a long history of providing our best advice and service to the local community and beyond, the team will be continuing this tradition whilst striving to provide even greater choice and value.

I immediately saw Chase as a sleeping giant when Dan approached me about us taking over from Ken. With Rich we have made so many changes to offer our customers more and better and I’m really excited about our plans for the future.
My role at Chase is focussed on the strategic, financial and marketing aspects but I also get my hands dirty building new stores, cleaning and making coffee!
Since moving into the Chase offices I’ve enjoyed working with Dan and Rich even more. They have a great customer focussed approach and we work really well together.
My family have been helping customers create the fireplace of their dreams for the last 50 years. I’ve worked in the sector for almost 15 years on projects across the UK and abroad.
I live close to Pershore with my family and enjoy sport, bikes and cooking (especially outdoors!) in my spare time.
