“ Absolutely first class service from Chase Heating right through from sales to installation! It was easy to book a showroom consultation online and I was really pleased with the information I received when I visited the showroom. The staff advised me and helped me choose the right woodburner for my home. They were also very easy to get in touch with on the phone whenever I needed to ask questions post sales. My showroom visit was followed up by a site survey by the installer who was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable - I really trusted his advice and suggestions. I was extremely impressed by the fitting - they were expert at their job and extremely tidy. They respected my home and left everything sparkling clean - great attention to detail! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chase heating again, and highly recommend them! ”
